Playing With Fire
Don't deny yourself pleasure today because of what you don't yet know about the future. Play with fire.

I am UnEdited

Here I am, unedited.

“I write not to necessarily be understood, but to release some of my many thoughts in order to make space for new ones.”-Me

So for months, years even, I have contemplated beginning a blog. I have so much to share, but had so many questions about whether it would be appreciated, understood, and what would be my blogging niche’. I have come to the conclusion that I am not going to find my niche’ in this world of blogs and bloggers, but instead create a new one.

I am Fire. (my alter-ego ofcourse. Is it cliche’ to think that all true artists and intellects have one? maybe, but I like the thought of the existence of another me). I am from Washington, D.C. currently pursuing a degree in Journalism and Mass Communication with a focus in public relations at UNC, Chapel Hill. I am usually unable to describe myself in paragraph form and believe that no one can tell you about themselves with such limited space and time. People are complicated.

So here I am and here is my blog. I will share current issues, things of interest, music, my writing, my thoughts, my likes, my life.

I called it Playing With Fire because this phrase best explains its purpose.  It may be dangerous, but ironically brings some type of random joy 🙂
